Delivery, Setup & Collection
A mandatory $150 delivery, setup, and collection fee applies to all Wildflower Meadow Wedding Set bookings.
Our team will deliver, professionally install the floral arch and aisle arrangements at your venue, and return after your event to dismantle and collect all rental items.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all Wildflower Meadow Wedding Set bookings.
The deposit will be refunded within 3–7 working days after all rental items have been collected and inspected. Deductions may be made for missing items, excessive damage, stains, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear.

- Additional charges may apply for late-night setup or collection, multiple venues, stairs without lift access, or extended rental periods.
