Rental Information

• Up to 12 pedestal arrangements are available for rental per event.
• A mandatory delivery, setup, and collection fee of $150 applies.
• Rental is valid for one event day only.
• Additional charges may apply for late-night collections, multiple venues, stairs without lift access, or locations outside our standard service area.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

A mandatory $150 delivery, setup and collection fee applies to all pedestal rental bookings.

Our team will deliver, professionally set up the arrangements at your venue, and return after your event to collect all rental items.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rental bookings.

• 1–6 pedestals → $300 refundable deposit
• 7–12 pedestals → $500 refundable deposit

The deposit will be refunded within 3–7 working days after all rental items have been collected and inspected. Deductions may be made for missing items, excessive damage, stains, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear.

Important Notes

• Rental is for one event only.
• Floral arrangements remain the property of Wonderfleu Mona.
• Items should not be dismantled, relocated, or used outdoors unless agreed upon in advance.
• Customers are responsible for any loss or damage while the items are under their care.
• Additional charges may apply for late-night setup/collection, multiple venues, stairs without lift access, or extended rental periods.
