We offer free delivery on all orders above $50. Otherwise, delivery is $15. For orders with specific time requirements, delivery fee is $50.

WHEN EARLIEST CAN MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED?

The fastest delivery we provide is next-day delivery. As long as you input your order one day before the delivery date.

WHAT'S THE DELIVERY TIME SLOT?

Deliveries are made between 10AM to 6PM.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY BOUQUET TO MAKE SURE THE BLOOMS LAST LONGER?

For fresh flowers, transfer them to a vase after trimming the stems. Make sure to change the water everyday to ensure they last longer. It is recommended to place the flowers somewhere without direct sun and not near any windows.

HOW LONG DO FLOWERS USUALLY LAST?

We have many variety of flowers. They typically last from a range of 3 days up to 2 weeks when maintained properly.

WHERE ARE OUR FLOWERS FROM?

Our flowers come from many countries, Malaysia, China, Holland and Kenya.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As much as possible, we will use genista, the white tiny flowers as our fillers flower however, if caspia is not available, we will use white orchids as replacement.

Our flowers are serve in half-bloom to full bloom state of the flowers as shown in the picture. If you'd prefer your flowers to be in a budding to half-bloom state, do drop us a message or leave a note :)

For Omakase our color palate, the color combination of the flowers will be completely up to our florist to pick you.

All our bouquets compose of premium seasonal blooms with color palettes that highlight the theme.
